Refund policy
Shipping: Items are shipped based on supplier and manufacturer lead times and availability. Please contact High Road Suspension to confirm stock and availability for shipment.
Returns: We generally do not accept returns or exchanges at this time but in the event that we do, store credit will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns or exchanges are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- Reporting Damaged Goods: Report any damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. Inspect your items promptly upon receipt and contact High Road Suspension.
- Claim Period: All shipments are insured. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
- Delivery Confirmation: If the carrier confirms delivery, High Road Suspension is not liable for packages reported lost or stolen thereafter. Ensure your delivery location is secure.
Warranties: High Road Suspension is an authorized distributor for all items sold. All manufacturer warranties apply. Please contact High Road Suspension for individual product warranty information.
